    Robyn Francis of Permaculture Education at Djanbung Gardens and Petra Schneider of IDEP Permaculture Indonesia shall be co-teaching an exciting and practically orientated 2 week program addressing ways of working with indigenous peoples and planning for food security in 2/3rd world countries. Robyn has recently signed off on the CUBA -Australia Permaculture Exchange and has just commenced a concept/master plan for a major training and Demonstration Farm in Matanzas in Cuba integrating Permaculture and native regeneration. Petra Schneider has been a key motivator in the Bali Permaculture program. Petra has been living in Indonesia since 1987 and is a founding director of IDEP foundation. IDEP has delivered training and responded to emergencies in 10 provinces across Indonesia. It has responded both in the Bali bombing crisis and in the Tsunami emergency in Aceh facilitating the Aceh Sustainable Community Recovery Program. Petra Schneider has been the author of the widely acclaimed Community Based Disaster Management Resource Kit, the Make Media that Works Advocacy Handbook and the Disaster Risk reduction Primary School Education Kit.
    Together they will be a very valuable and dynamic resource for people interested in training to work on projects in communities within Australia and overseas.
    The course will be held at Djanbung Permaculture Gardens at Nimbin, NSW, Australia.
