I cannot say that i am well informed about australian politics.

Are there websites which inform about australian politcs with - shurely - a stress on ecologigal topics?

I cannot read the newspaper every day, even weeklys are too much (I didn't found anything which attracted me really)

    G'day Hedwig :)

For a truly independent view of Australian politics may I suggest you take a look at the following:

    https://melbourne.indymedia.org/features/ecology/

This is news written by the People, for the People.

The Australian Greens currently have four members sitting in the Senate. For a look at what they are up to you can follow the next link:

    https://www.greens.org.au/

Last, but by no means least, may I suggest you take a look at my personal favourite, The Anarchist Age Weekly Review:

    Cheerio,

    Mark.

    there's also Crickey.com
They offer a 2-week free subscription to get the taste...
well worth the money as the Oz media is not going to report on things that matter - hence the wasted air-time and column inches on the sluts (M&F) on Big Brother or whatever else is being used as opiate for the dumbed-down masses this week

Hi, quite a lot of sources!
Because if I watch TV-news I do not feel informed. The only information I get from there is: something has happened - look at the internet to see what's really going on. And EVERYTIME I discovered it was just the half of the reality they gave you at TV. Like this I have no idea of australian politics - but I hope to get it soon with the information you gave!
