Hi I am looking for a nice self sufficient property (or one that could be made self sufficient) up to about 1 30min from Hobart. Prefer owner built dwelling with solar or other alternative power (but can cope with mains power) that is in an out of the way place (no highway frontages thanks). Must have sufficient water.
