Want to buy rotary safety encoders for our truck

We are in the process of improving our farm and we have this truck with a crane at the reart hat that’s used to lift heavy items like stones, sands and soil onto the truck bed. The problem is the positioning of movable tools on lifting systems or cranes. Our driver told us that there might be an issue with the rotary encoders. I'm not aware about it. Do you know any stores who sell reliable rotary encoders for our truck?
