i run a program called the "hands on learning project " i have yr 7-10 kids a day a week to do sustainable, hands on projects around their schools and local communities. we currently operate around darebin (inthe north of melb)and frankston (in the south) we are always looking for positive mentors for the students who have a bias towards sustainable living principles we are currently building a strawbale creative classroom and the front etrance gates of a school out of rammed earth in car tyres interested? then please email me on the address on the bottom of the page[/b]

hi we do run the odd fundraiser /community come and help out day on a weekend but most off the stuff os in school time with the kids i will keep you in mind and send you stuff for the next event need some strawbales to experiment, i have some for sale its for a good cause too
i like the idea of these projects. i'm a landscape gardener and would be interested in being involved in any upcoming projects. i live in eltham. keep me posted!
hi danjo we have applied to do a permaculture garden for next year around the strawbale classroom we built so we are definatly looking for some help it is not a reality yet though so i will keep you informed i work with some prety tough kids do you enjoy that type of work ? marcus
