Up the road from Bill and Lisa, and another permie property...

The house down the road is for sale but they're asking $349000, this is the
    real estate link
    https://www.professionalsburnie.com.au/p ... m=&vtour=n,
and the address is 440 rulla road on google earth. It has 2.5 acres with it
and it's downstream from our place, in the middle of the grain property by
the looks of it. Looks like not much on it, but a nice spot? Not sure if any of you have checked google earth there
lately, but they've finally updated it, and you can see everything there now
rather than just a hazy blur. All these right angle crops and dairy, and
then Bill and Lisa's place is like a piece of artwork in the middle of it
    all.

So it's not much land but I have this fantasy that one day this will be a
little permaculture valley, and even if the chicken grain farm stays it will
be biodynamic and designed along permaculture principles, with a major
keyline design of course (what a dreamer!).

    Hi Tamara
I'm glad to see this post. Come next year, my husband and I are very keen to settle down for life and build our own permaculture property. My husband has a desk job, and I'm a full time housewife. Our son would love it if we could share our work with him. We have a bush block in Queensland, but we are keen to sell it so we can settle down south. We are hoping for a farm that is 50+ acres, and which doesn't have a house. If you see something, I'd be most grateful if you'd let us know.
    Cheers
    Katarina
