Corrections and addtions from The Whole Cullinary Garden Series at Seed Savers in Byron bay Australia
Firstly it starts on Saturday 19th June but not the 17th.

Presently we are excited about two things:- one is the first draft of our
next film "Our Roots" that we shot in Vanuatu last August; the other is
running a series of workshops called The Whole Culinary Garden here in our
food gardens in Byron Bay starting this Saturday. We'll tell you more about
"Our Roots" once the polished version is out.

The Whole Garden Workshops are our opportunity to share what we've learned
from 30 years of practising Permaculture as early strategists, and cook up a storm from the
    garden with other foodies.

The series of workshops is over five Saturdays from 19th June, 10am to
3pm. Teachers are ourselves, Jude and Michel Fanton, Seed Savers founders
and Permaculture practitioners since 1978. We wrote three food garden
books, produced two documentaries on food diversity and train in 21
countries. This is a rare opportunity as we are frequently filming and
travelling now and have not had a course here for nearly five years.

Learn how to plan, grow, collect and prepare culinary delights at the
twelve year old gardens at the Seed Centre in Byron Bay. Practise using
traditional tools from our collection from around the world.

We shall harvest produce from the one acre food gardens (there's two
species of mushrooms growing on our log-mulch) and prepare a vegetarian
lunch in a French country kitchen. We give out free planting material
(cuttings, seeds and slips) each week.

There'll be guided research in our 2000 volume ethnobotanical library, a
database of 800 perennials in the garden, and a database of 8500 seed
    samples available for perusal.

Cost is on a sliding scale - $90 to $56 per session - includes lunch. Book
more than one Saturday or with a friend and enjoy a generous discount. See
Outline of Programme and Table of Charges on our blog at
    www.seedsavers.net.

to pay 20% deposit and send us a message.

Best wishes, Jude and Michel Fanton
