Hi John, Fantastic! go for it. I would suggest (if you haven't already) to begin by creating some kind of check list or questionnaire so that everyone involved can brainstorm what it is they actually want. What kind of foods, systems, budget, input, time management, flowers, companion plants etc, etc (whatever is appropriate). We have found that children often come up with the best ideas that you may not have thought of and they love being involved in the decision making process. When you have a consensus, map the area out and implement little by little.

Greets All, Although these resources are mainly Australian they have a good range of resources......entries with****** are very good.Good luck with your project the first job is to have a meeting and gauge your support, then get funding into place.Build some community bridges by inviting other groups into the project, build some financial bridges fundraising, grants, sponsorship, next.Gardens need money.Be social the more parties and fun times you have the bigger the support base for the garden, don't try and do it all yourself you need a core team of committed people at least six.A committed Principal or Dean is vital to the process.Get the word out via the media, make a wish list and let everyone know you need it. I like the Californian Schools stuff they have a lot of free things lesson plans etc.The bfa.org.au schools section is excellent for curriculum.
