Swamp like area into a series of ponds

    It turned out fantastic Aircut! All of your hard work and design efforts paid off.

    I'm dying to see the pic of the "eartheater" ... for some reason the link is broken in your post.

    I second SOP's request to further update us on your project as you go. I just like seeing all the water!! :p

    here is the beast at work ;-))

    First batch of 42,000 pinto peanuts plants and 300 vetiver grass we are now planting. High maintenance for couple of months but we will be ready with a good ground cover and anti corrosion for the rainy season. Not to mention the nitrogen fix

    Loading 17 different species of giant bamboos onto the truck while the hired work force is continuing with the task of planting the 42,000 pinto beans plants around the pond. In the afternoon the bamboos (still not planted) provided us a shade to sit under

    The pond project is completed. waters start to clear up, 42,000 pinto beans are all planted as ground cover and nitrogen fixers, water plants and pond snails introduced.

    once there is enough natural food sources at the pond's banks we will stock it with fishes

    It looks so peaceful ... excellent work Aircut! We really appreciate you continuing to update us on your projects. It's good to see the results of good design and hard work.
