A small farm (2733mts2) of shade, fruit and wildlife TO SHARE (or sell outright if necessary) in Guanacaste province, Costa Rica.

The farm is on the Irigaray river line with huge old hardwood trees and accompanying wildlife. It has dozens of good, mature fruit trees (citrus, avocado, mango, coconut, plantain, fruits you've never heard of etc.) and a small flock of lovely pet chickens who lay a few eggs a day. There are two small houses side-by-side, a nice chicken coop (palace), a good well and a drip irrigation system for the (very) dry season. It is a three minute walk to public transportation and twenty minutes to the town of Liberia. The neighbours are good and the crime rate in the community is very low. The community is surrounded by national parks, volcanoes, and beaches with varied ecosystems in close proximity.

I'm a middle-aged, single, Canadian woman with a long history in Costa Rica, but I'm a beginner in permaculture, I bought my dream farm two years ago, but I have bitten off more than I can chew on my own!. I need a like-minded vegetarian permie partner to help with work and bills, to share the bounty and enjoy the wildlife. We could be co-owners, doing time shares, or be here at the same time. We could divide the property in two or share the entire place. The total worth of the property is probably about US$150,000.
