    That's too bad. There always seems to be someone who wants to make more money, at the cost of a good idea.

    Rosneath Farm may be no more but SomerVille Ecovillage (also in WA) is still going. All the required approvals were achieved this year and subdivision will start this month with roads, renewable energy, water, gas and telecommunication infrastructure being completed over the next six months or so. There are still lots available for those interested.

    Open days usually occur on the first Sunday of each month. Check the web sites for the latest details:

    I might even be able to visit that spot in Chidlow on Monday (hello from Forrestfield, being carted out to Kelleberrin tomorrow AM, back Monday lunch-time, looking at living near Albany).
