    Feta and Walnut dip.

Use a smallish block of feta preferably one that has a nice slightly softish texture.
Chuck about a half cup of walnuts in a food processor and whizz until they are small crumbs. Then crumble in the block of feta, a good bit of fresh oregano (or dried will do), a garlic clove or two, a wee drizzle of olive oil and a tablespoon of water. Whizz. Add more water if it is too thick. You can add a bit of lemon zest/juice as an option if you want to.

I buy cheap IGA brand lebanese bread and cut into quarters. Then I put two quarters together and toast in a regular toaster. (One slice goes too crispy on its own) This goes great with the dip. :)
