    Sent the link out to my (planning) colleagues earlier; just got one response back:

    Lifeboat city- they should build an ark and make it a playground attraction until needed

    That's the one. The good ship Lollipalmer. Imagine how many community gardens you could start with that money. You could even build a pretty swish alternative energy generation plant.

    Life boats and three days food hmmmm , how about houses built on houseboat pontoons and securley moored with stand alone solar power and roof gardens thats more like it .
