    Hello everyone

I am having trouble identifying a pest, some sort of silk-worm-caterpillar-thing is decimating my avocado seedlings. Here is link to picture: [IMG] ... Have also attached picture. Apologies for quality, this creature is tiny, and required a macro lens to get any identification ...

Avocado seedlings are growing in pots in cold frame. They were being eaten by slugs but have eliminated them by hand and check regularly, but now I have this new specimen. Any ideas what it is and what steps I should take?

    Thanks for your help!

I reckon you're right! I moved my plants out into the open & will monitor them from now. Thanks for advice for BT.
