Speaking of books, I just burnt a big hole in my wallet and ordered this package from Tagari https://www.tagari.com/booksales/TagariPack.htm Early next week they should be landing, woohoo. I needed some good bedtime reading....
Wow, well done Bazman, and all new tooooo....... I wonder why they don't include permaculture 1 in the set....
I had heard somewhere, maybe a year or so ago, that a new, updated edition of the Permaculture Manual was coming out. Did that ever happen? Sue
Ok , just to let everyone know I am currently bidding on the first 2 books... Now lets not drive the price through the roof.. My max bid for the first one is 35 and the second 15
All yours Dan........ And I've bid on JACKIE FRENCH Top 10 VEGETABLES... You'll notice that I didn't put a link to that one....
Who went and did this?????? Thought they were gonna be a bargain https://cgi.ebay.com.au/POULTRY-MAG...85792910QQcategoryZ1141QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Holy Sh*&%^ Batman............. Wasn't me........ There are a few more on there that haven't got quite that high yet, not really bargains though, some interesting looking poultry books, well to me, a not very serious poultry person...
YAY, I got the Permie One book... This weekend is dedicated to read it.. (well at least the first chapter, still trying to get through the wheel of time series..) AGGHHH
I think the reason they don't offer Permaculture One anymore, is that A Designers Manual is considered to be a replacement. Might also have something to do with the co-authorship factor? Some people find "One" to be a bit more theoretical and "difficult" than the manual, wheras others find it quite poetic and engaging.
There's a new batch of permie books on ebay. Is anyone else here bidding on this lot? https://cgi.ebay.com.au/PERMACULTURE-3-x ... dZViewItem
I only have two permaculture books, both are old. I have Introduction to Permaculture which I bought new about 10 years ago, and the Permaculture Home Garden which I bought about 9 years ago. What are the newer books recommended?
