    Hi folks

    Upcoming launches for the exciting new book Permaculture Pioneers: Stories from the New Frontier, edited by Kerry Dawborn and Caroline Smith, are being organised around the country. See places and dates below or www.holmgren.com.au for more details. The book is available from our website, or contact your local author.

    Permaculture Pioneers is a collection of stories about personal journeys into permaculture of some of our most important Australian pioneers. This book explores social and inner change for sustainability and charts a history of the first three decades of permaculture.

    - Friday 12th August, 7pm, Daylesford - Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre, new classroom, followed by a screening of the new film Anima Mundi at 8:15pm.
    - Sunday 21st August, 9am, Bega - Bega Showgrounds, Main Pavilion, Upper St, Bega, in conjunction with the South East Bioregional Permaculture Convergence (see https://scpa.org.au/ for more info on the convergence).
    - Thursday 25th August, 7pm, Sydney - The Chauvel Cinema, Paddington Town Hall, cnr Oxford Street and Oatley Road, Paddington (Sydney), followed by a screening of the new film Anima Mundi.     Editors, authors and publishers of Permaculture Pioneers will be variously attending the launches. Anima Mundi filmmaker Peter Charles Downey will be attending screenings of Anima Mundi along with Adam Grubb of Permablitz or John Seed.

    - Sunday 21st August, 4 - 7:30pm, Crystal Waters, South East QLD - Village area, Crystal Waters Permaculture Eco-village - https://crystalwaters.org.au/, preceded by an official opening of E.V.E (Eco-Village Enterprises - new office for Robin Clayfield and her partner Mark Healy), Permaculture Pioneers launch at 6pm with authors Robin Clayfield, Max Lindegger and Morag Gamble. Labyrinth walk and possibility (to be confirmed) of a yummy Crystal Waters woodfired pizza dinner.

    - Saturday 10th September, 7pm, Warburton, VIC - Upper Yarra Arts Centre. Screening of Anima Mundi, followed by Permaculture Pioneers book launch and Q&A panel time with filmmaker Peter C Downey, Dr Mark O'Meadhra, Permaculture Pioneers editor Kerry Dawborn, Graeme George and local permies.
