There is a spare house on our certified organic farm. The house is a 50s weatherboard which was renovated in 1998. Six months ago we started to develop it as a self-sufficient permaculture farm. There are about 8 acres in all with veggie garden, 3 large chook pens to rotate the chooks around (currently about 30 chooks). Night shed and straw yard. About 40 fruit trees (planted 6 months ago), tomatoes, asparagus, beans, sweet potato, pumpkins and weeds are all thriving.

Still need a milking cow bale, a little more fencing, and a windmill needs to be erected as our water is presently provided by a diesel pump. Centrally located in the middle of nowhere near north-west NSW!

Bellata is about 25ks away. Looking to form a mutually beneficial arrangement where we get the "Weston A. Price" diet and make use of what is now wasted. I am busy enough running the farm. I want to keep it a bit open for discussion - definitely not a money thing.
