    72 Grieves Road, Alcome, Tasmania
Known as 'Angel Valley', the 48 acre property is made up of approx 33 acres of cool temperate rainforest/bush with a permanent creek and waterfalls, 10 acres of pasture and 5 acres of Permaculture food forest. There is also a rustic cabin, sleepout (which needs some work) and a hay shed.
Consisting of deep red basalt soils, a Northern aspect and generous rainfall, the property is perfect growing country.
Twenty years ago a Permaculture food forest was established with hundreds of trees planted including South American nut trees, berries and fruits.
Birdlife and wildlife abound amongst this private secluded sanctuary.
Organic principles have been used over many years.

Maybe you could shift it to the buy, sell, exchange section Eric, I can't see a problem with it there. In this section it does come across as gratuitous and I'm feeling the urge to talk about how evil real estate agents are ;-)

I don't get it. Does it matter if its posted by an estate agent. If its a permaculture place isn't it a good thing to advertise it on a permaculture forum?

Its not so much that it was a promotion, but rather the forum is more geared for active participation than one off postings... especially for material gain...

But it is a Permaculture pad (And a nice looking place too - i checked it out on the website)... hopefully someone here will be lucky enough to buy it... and i'll get an invite to have a look ;)

At first, I was surprised it got through the moderation process (first thought was EEEEEEK .... SPAM!), then I thought, "sh1t, wish I had the dough to look at it - sounds good!"

I don't have a problem, now that it is in the Buy & Sell area :)
