Hi there, I don't always have an opportunity to contribute to permaculture world of knowledge from an office job. However I recently came approach a system that would definitely check the boxes for permies. 1 - It is free 2 - It is for everyone to contribute 3 - It allows for sharing information 4 - It provides knowledge in a modern accessible format without corporate or business branding (which means it is owned by everyone and the success it up to us) 5 - It is aimed to be useful Why When I designed a garden I used a spreadsheet to show which canopy trees fits on my "scale" . I found the information on the web insufficient or misleading, some species were said to do well in climate x or soil y when I found they didn't because of reason z. A collaborative tools to journal all the curiosities is very useful for this. My spreadsheet struggled to "visualize" the effect. I resorted to drawing which is fun but, top down views has its limits especially if you need to sell an idea to a project that requires 3D views to immerse people. I have created a simple start. You can use filters to view the different layers and it can be extended to add zones etc. Feel free to collaborate and share. I am also happy to hand over ownership to a custodian with a passion for back end administration etc. Permaculture Design Plant List https://airtable.com/invite/l?invit...017a9a3ec5908eeddf87c9944056d10a2c29d308ff054
Sounds interesting....but unfortunately, your links seem odd to me and i didnt want to sign up to anything just to see what you have achieved. I have found that a lot of things grow bigger here than what the retailers say they will. I hope its because I now have a living soil bursting with all sorts of lifeforms.
