    Permaculture could of saved so much of that water, land, and lives. :(

    Just in case we want to keep things in perspective,

    "Antofagasta, Chile, where the annual average precipitation is 0.13 inches, saw 0.9 inches of rain in 12 hours."

    They got not even an inch of rain. One dose of that little bit of rain isn't really going to change much? :)
