    Keeping qualities are greatly improved by using the Biodynamic Preparations especially 501 Perhaps it is similar science??

    I was told once that nutritionally dense food does not rot it just dries up?

    I'm sure biodynamics is not magic, but all about encouraging beneficial soil microorganisms
