May 1st 2010 is National Permaculture day.
    Are you interested?
I am not too sure who has gazetted it as a "day" or of things happening nationally but here is a link to activities in NSW and feel free to visit us at Anambah on the day - use your forum title and get a free plant. (probably comfrey)

Everyday is permaculture day, for me... likewise, everyday is social ecology day, study day, work day, communitarianism day... I just love each day! I wonder who chose May 1? Traditionally, May 1 (or May Day) is marked by celebrations of the various socially-progressive and fair labour-orientated movements: {URL="https://www.takver.com/history/mayday.htm"]The beginnings of May Day in Australia[/URL].

I hope you all have a great May Day at Anambah, Mark.

We had about a dozen people Marko - a bit of a poor show as most of them had booked in for the regular tour anyway but apparently other places had up to a hundred.
