Someone that can easily work with the computer design aspect of creating a presentation to perspective customers. I'll bring them in and you design it sort of relationship.

Tell us more. You have prospective clients? Are you looking to collaborate with someone to specify species and design details, etc. which will then be put into graphical format along with appropriate write-up? Such as sector charts, climate summaries, satellite imagery with contour lines "as-is" and "as-designed"? Urban, suburban, rural, all? Any funding involved???

    ;)

Oh yeah. The whole damned state here are my prospective clients. I carved a solar business out of this area of cloudy weather, probably the toughest thing any businessman could ever think to do around these people. When I was at my peak, I sold 33 units averaging $15,000 per device (mostly solar water heaters with a few solar air mixed in) in a summer of working shows. I put together a marketing system at shows to get phone numbers, then called them after the show, being careful not to spend too much time with anyone at the show, lest a real prospect would walk by. Beforehand, over the course of two years, I developed a slide presentation that continued to change until I learned all the hot buttons. This package of slides was presented to both the husband and wife at their kitchen table, or in the board room of a businesses (the largest sale was just under $250,000). The presentation had the bad news first - the reason why they should do it. Then the good news - the solution. Then a short list of options - each one progressly more detailed, and costing more money. Before I burned out, it was wham bam!

Anyway, I had a sidekick that helped with the graphics of the presentation as I worked it over the first couple years, then she took the details of the project I provided from a on site inspection (yes pictures and answers to a list of questions) and we incorporated graphics into a presentation, which included photoshopping collectors on the prospective clients building. We did $ and environmental savings, lists of programs that would help pay, and financing options. At the end of my career (I still own some of it, but my partner now carries the torch), sales were reduced to easy. V e r y E a s y.

Permaculture is a much easier sell than solar water heaters. But I don't know how to do all this computer stuff. I think I have a year or two of pioneering energy left in me. So, I'm looking for the right match to get yet another business up and running. Oh, and I do own a tire recycling business that I'm trying to sell, if I can get that money in hand, its katy bar the door.

    Thanks for your interest.
