I like to make oils and tinctures for using on the body.

A very easy to make oil is oil of Hypericum perforatum and is very good for hard muscle, fire wound, wounds, children on the belly if still peeing in bed and for massages (gets warm on the skin).

Oil: not very important whitch oil for example olive oil
You have a whit glas bottle and fill it whit closed and open flouwers of the plant until it reaches the top of the bottle. The flouwers have to be really close. Put slowly the oil into the bottle. Close the bottle. Put the bottle in the sun for atleast 4 weeks. The oil has to be very red (like blood). Than you have to sieve the oil and put the oil in a broun glas bottle and close the bottle. It's a wonderful oil.

You can make many oils this way.

    Tincture from Arnica.

Arnica montana is a very oncommen plant these days and theirfore needs to be protected. You can grow it on pore, weth, acidic ground. It's very difficult but possible. Put de whole flouwers whithout the green in alcohol for etleast 4 weeks (in broun glass). It gives a very good tincture for bruises and swellings on the bone. You may never put it onto un open wound.

A lot of tinctures can be made like this. It's very easy
