We have a piece of land to sell.

Pyrenees Orientales, NE of Vives, not far from Le Boulou
It is under vines (currently registered as Sauvage) and has cork oak borders and a deep ravine/gully on the boundary.
Absolutely Spectacular with amazing views of Canigou.
There is a small hut on the land and buried water tanks, we started to swale, but due to circumstances had to leave the land and return to Australia.
There is a small bulldozer sitting half way down the southern half.
We would like E34,000 for the land, which is the same price we paid in 2008.
It would be wonderful to know that someone else is living their permaculture dream on the land!
