Hello. My name is Billy W. Mitchell. I am currently a senior at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, USA. I am majoring in Geography and minoring in Sociology. The 2 biggest passions in my life (besides the wife and kids, obviously) is Pemaculture and Biotecture (see https://www.earthship.com). Geoff Lawton and Michael Reynolds are truly my heroes. They have inspired me to take the journey that I have. Once I graduate this December, I want to complete a Permaculture Design Course and attend Michael Reynold's Earthship Academy to be certified in building Earthships. Once I get my degree and certifications, I hope to create a sustainable solutions consulting firm where I can design landscapes, build earthships, get everybody off the grid and self-sufficient! All of this goes hand in hand with my philosophy of 'Divinum Sustinieri'...(Divine Sustainability) which incorporates spirituality, sacred geometry, the elements, and sustainable life practices so people can live symbiotically with the planet Earth.
