We are in the Bay of Plenty NZ and over the last two years we have turned our town property into a food forest, also growing our own meat, and our story is on our website. It has been a great learning curve, and we now have solar hot water, which is great. We would love to get solar or wind power next. Any good do-it-yourself NZ links to this would be great. It is amazing to walk thru the gardens and just eat straight from the trees. We also have a small aquaponics vege garden, and would love to find an edible cold water fish we would be allowed to use here in NZ.
