    Old Pain remedy :y:
We use this every day, and have shared it with many, after we found it halve the pain of a person with severe chronic pain, in a short time..

    Granny’s Pain Relief recipe
This is enough to make a double recipe. it can be easier to make enough the first time; To share with family and friends…
    1. PURCHASE:

100 GRAMS. Dried Chili (3.5 OZS)
    · (Moshums or Binn inn stores stock them in NZ.)
2 x 375ml. Bottles whisky. (I use a liter and brew it one more day.)
    · Before making this, Be certain that you can tolerate a small amount of alcohol and chili, daily, and that you are not pregnant. Do not share with someone who cannot tolerate these ingredients.

    2. METHOD:

    · Chop up dried chilies to thumb nail size pieces. put the seeds and pieces into a glass Agee Jar.
    · Pour the whiskey in, to cover the dried chilies.
    · Seal the bottle and place on the windowsill, in the sun FOR 10 - 11 DAYS.
    · SWIRL and turn the bottle daily for 10 – 11 days, keeping bottle sealed, MAKING SURE NO LIQUID HITS THE RUBBER SEAL TO TAINT THE TINCTURE.
    · On day 10 (or 11 if you use one liter whisky,) strain the liquid thoroughly thru a sieve, and store this liquid in a glass bottle with a good lid. (Throw away the chili sediment. Do not let the liquid get into the lid unless it is a plastic lid.)
    · FIND A GOOD GLASS DROPPER BOTTLE WITH A GLASS DROPPER, AND DON'T LET THE SOLUTION GET UP INTO THE RUBBER BULB AS IT WILL TAINT THE REMEDY, AND KEEP THE SOLUTION FROM GETTING INTO ANY OF THE LIDS OF THE BOTTLES IT IS STORED IN FOR THIS REASON.

    3. HOW TO USE:

Take 5-10 drops of the liquid (Use a dropper) in water, am. and pm.
If it tastes too hot to drink add more water until it is comfortable to swallow. (Swill the liquid around your mouth first, AND HOLD UNDER TONGUE sS it is QUICKER TO ABSORB FROM under the tongue.)

Very ill people should start with only one drop a day to avoid a healing crisis and work their way up over a few days to 5 drops in the am. and then trial if THEY can tolerate any more.. (we only take 5 drops a day now as a maintenance dose.)

Maximum dose is 5 drops am and pm.

    · Trial for two weeks morning and night and notice the improvement in a number of things, i.e. improved circulation, pain relief, feeling of well-being, and clearer head etc. Continue to use as long as you need. People with fibromyalgia notice they are much improved after two years on this, and normally people do not improve with this condition.

    Medical disclaimer:
This remedy, to be Made and Taken, at your own risk, as you need to be sure you can tolerate the two ingredients before using.

Many people use this Remedy with great Results.

Take a look at the water we use, to dissolve it in, you may be amazed..

Chilli is a well known pain killer.
OTC medicines containing the "active ingredient" ( capsaicin) are available, like Zosteix which is used for shingle pain
While it is generally recommended only for external use, many seem to get relief from taking chilli orally

    G'day phowson

    Welcome to the PRI Forum.

I did, and I'd probably be a lot more 'amazed' if you could provide some scientifically-valid evidence to support your claims. But hey, each to their own.

By the way, the garden looks great, and I truly do hope that you both continue to experience better health.

    Cheerio, Markos
