Warren Brush is one of the lead advocates for turning away from "Modern Conventional Agriculture" in the world. I love his work and the way he uses his success to help others see that there really is a better, more productive way to grow crops. When I run into resistance from folks that want me to help them get back into the black, I simply refer them to view Warren Brush's video and read the interviews he has given. That usually is the turning point so I can do my job of consulting better and give my clients the results they want. Any time you can cut fuel cost, machine repair cost, and increase yields, it isn't going to be long before profit margins go up.
