    Hi, this post of yours is really interesting. I carefully read it and appreciate what you have mentioned about traditional foods that we should be aware about especially if it can help us maintain our good health. I strongly agree with the cod liver oil and the bone broth. This reminded me of my mom who used to prepare our foods using this important nutrients in our diet:)

    Those are all great foods :)
