    Hello all,

A very easy duck tractor can be made sheep or pig netting and a few star pickets. Gently push the star picket down thru the mesh and hammer in. It is very flexible and easy to move. Pull the star pickets up and lay the fence out flat and roll it up with the star pickets still in place. Easy to store too.

Most ducks wont fly over anything 900mm high.

This is a great way to fire up any area of dead or inactive soil. Ducks will flatten or eat weeds and eventually cover the area in wet droppings that seem to kill off most weed seeds. In some ways this is more effective than a chook tractor. This system is probably best suited to those of us fortunate enough to have some acreage.

    cheers,
