    in my wandering around the web found this organization related to California. Some of the videos look very interesting and i'll probably watch most of them even if the individual species don't apply to our area. still many of the ideas/information may be useful to others around the world.

    for me the one that caught my eye was an hour and a half video on an introduction to crayfish... we have crayfish here so why not spend part of a frozen mid-winter day checking it out? :)

    as for Michigan, i don't know what we are doing for regional volunteers... yet...
