Somebody buy this tank!!! It says winning bidder will buy as they are moving and can't take it with them....even if you needed to get it transported it'd still be a cheap tank..come on all you New South Welshmen, a bargain going begging!

If you got it for a dollar or even 20 dollars and got it put on a truck....it wouldn't cost that much to transport surely???

Hey Tully... Yup that Tank is near me... However I have a friend here who is a plumber and he collects tanks from the farms etc... So when I do get my litle piece of land I have tanks for nuffin.. YAY

If someone wants me to go get that one and hold onto it though,, more than happy to... Warrack is only 30mins drive from home, and we have a store there as well so I'm there most weeks doing stuff..

When you get those tanks Dan, you can renew them , if they're dodgy, by rendering the inside with my favourite product..yes, concrete!

Dawn , Not to sure that Tully's solution is for you...

Your best bet is using something like selly's all clear, or polly resign of some sort. Like Arldite..

    Everyone, settle down.

Don't you know the way to get a bargain on eBay is to wait til the last 15 seconds to bid, then place your absolute HIGHEST possible bin in. It gives no one the opportunity to better theirs.

Sooooooo be patient, put it in your watched items, set the alarm on your mobile for 30 minutes prior to the auction ending, then open and refresh regularly until you're ready to bid.

Also, synchronise your digital watch to the official eBay time available at the bottom of the eBay screen, for the time of clicking, and also, time how long your pages take to load, in seconds, for the particular time of day the auction's ending. (to take into account variations in internet traffic congestion.

If the time comes and your server's down, (yes, it's happened to me - I still won the item) make sure you have a list of alternative servers your can dial up to at the last minute. Even if it's a long distance call, if you're just on for the last 2 minutes, it won't cost that much.

    Happy bidding, :D
    Tam

It people like you , Tam, that kill me...... :) :)

I don't know how many times right at the start of my eBay experience I would get out bidded right at the last minute... Now I am on it like a fly to compost.

What was cheeky >?>?.. Are you looking at buying it ? I was told that if you could get it for under $200 it would be a bargin.. But you have to make sure that it is good to go with no holes.. Poly tanks are far better, if you can pick them up cheap..

What do you need the tank for ? If you are thinking of it for aquaponics.. I had the brain surge the other day.. Just north and east of you are rock outcrops every where... And I'm sure a local farmer wouldn't mind letting anyone taking acouple thousand.., Either that or grab from the road side as , they are everywhere. I was going to make a rock pool, (with the aid of Tully's Fave concrete) Not only would it work, it would look nice to...

Oh yeah, and one more thing, if more than one of you are planning on bidding, work it out between yourselves who's willing to pay the highest price so you don't end up bidding against one another, pushing the price up.
