Probably the worst thing that will occur in a few short years that the boll worms etc . that BT works to kill will genetically adapt so it will have to be superceded with another and ad infinitum, just like antibiotics and disease-causing bacteria. Although on another note over here the BT spray DIPEL which has been in use for over 30 years still works, but I am not sure if they have not continually tweaked the BT genetic makeup to do this. Bloody GMO products, mess with mother nature and she just reacts to counteract change and reach an equilibrium and another hole springs out somewhere else in the dyke and a new series of problems to find a cure for occur.
