Hello Permies! Some of you may recognise the username - I’ve been a member of these forums since 2012! I vanished from the forums a few years later for various reasons, including: * Leaving and then starting a new career * Struggling to grow plants on a balcony with no light, and becoming very discouraged * Leaving the aforementioned place and finding somewhere new that would give me space to grow * Spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to go from urban life to rural life without incurring a significant amount of debt (this is still a work in progress, sadly) These days, I’ve got a standing garden bed in my rental house, and a little bit of creative liberty from the landlord to play with the current garden beds - so a lot of my time lately has been experimenting with herbs and easy veggies, with varying amounts of success. I think I’ll begin lurking around the forums again, so thought I’d say hello, and maybe at some point I’ll post about my little garden.
