some varietys are poor at setting seed i think bees have trouble fertalizing them

its pretty safe if kept moist and still! which is what PC is all about!!!
coat the seed with milk /lime/ compost before planting in spring or autumn!

Ive killed heaps But hot water untill seed swells and then potting mix !
Also try Black locust! Oaks are easy!
