Permaculture Central Coast is excited to host Robin Clayfield *, who will be speaking on 'Social Permaculture Using Permaculture principles to design and work effectively in our groups and care for people at the same time.

"Permaculture Principles become especially valuable and inspiring when used to design our groups, learning environments and social systems. When groups who are working for positive change work effectively and harmoniously together towards the aims and purpose of the group, our world and the environment benefits, and so does each individual. Robin has pioneered Social Permaculture around the world and brings her passion for creating deep change through effective, dynamic group work and co-operation between groups."

    Monday 11 February 2013 - 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Venue: Sohier Park Community Hall, Ken Cook Way, Ourimbah (off Shirley Road)

I thought want to share an amazing entry level property with you all situated coastally in the Monterey Bay. Please contact Grady Jackson for more info @ 831.662.6502 if you or anyone you know might want to talk more about this fantastic opportunity on the Gold Coast of Pajaro Valley. https://goo.gl/kW6PNe
Rare opportunity for Coastal Permaculture Ranch in the Monterey Bay. Enjoy 5 acres with ocean views and nearby beach access. 3 Structures used as dwellings. This property is zoned Res. Agriculture in Santa Cruz County and has 15-20K sqft. (approx) of orchid greenhouses once used commercially. After a long day of living off the land go back to 1 of your "homes" on the ranch, you have now made this lifetime dream finally complete: And officially own a private coastal compound offering easy access to miles of deserted beaches in Santa Cruz County's best kept secret. The agricultural utility "grow-rooms" may pose a safety issue and need attention. The seller feels it best to leave them standing as it appeals to more buyers & could be helpful w/ the county planning department for renovation and updates. Some buyers see the greenhouses as an eyesore and would rather opt to restore area to native grasses for conservation agendas. Definitely value to growers w/ separate meters and are fed by a commercial well at the northeast end of the property with access right of way to allow logistic and freight convenien as well as great water service piped to homes from San Andreas Mutual Water Co.
Between Sunset Beach and La Selva Beach in Watsonville, CA located in the Monterey Bay. Cross street is San Andreas neighboring organic farms and ocean breeze in the Pajaro Valley and Central Coast.
