Can anyone recommend me a mobile phone[/URL removed m]?

My contract is up in a month and I'd like to hear people's recommendations, especially anything other than the iPhone...

    I'm all ears!!

    Prepaid.
I just got a cheap vodaphone, no camara, nothing fancy-got a cool flashlight at the end of it so I can see to open the door which is handy.
I dont use mine to call out on so there is no point in having a contracted phone:its mainly so the kids can get hold of me if they Have to,emergencies, txts or work incoming calls.
Cant remember the last time I topped it up

I like to get onto gumtree.com.au and pick up an old phone either free or cheap, then just use a pre-paid sim. This is only good though if you can train yourself not to use the phone to make calls out, but just to do a bit of texting and receiving calls. Pre-paid calls are very expensive.

Methinks some critical thinking should be applied there Pak ;-)

Someone also said you can't generate electricity from a running tap of water, and I can show you how you can. I am not 100% sure either way if it is BS. Lots of stuff in life comes across this way like the free transmission of electricity without wires. Tesla did it, and then I heard nothing about it till I saw it on a TEDs discussion done by MIT students.

If we were to apply critical thinking, we would first look at the laws of physics and how electricity works and then consider whether a couple of leaves are capable or recharging a battery. What is the mechanism by which that could happen?

Applying that to a tap of running water is a no brainer, because we know that running water has energy that can be transferred (although I don't know what you are referring to specifically).

A friend is experimenting with this at the moment
Sounds loony to me, but he seem convinced and has just attracted further investment funding for more experiments
