    G'day all,

    PRACTICAL 2-DAY HANDS-ON GRAZING WORKSHOP...
LEARN HOW TO GRAZE JOEL SALATIN STYLE.
    NOVEMBER 14-15th - VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

next month at Taranaki Farm (Home of the Australian Polyface Project). If any of you are interesting in learning the nuts and bolts of Joel Salatin style grazing, then now is your chance. Kirk Gadzia (the USA's top Holistic Management instructor) and myself will be presenting a 2-day HANDS-ON intensive grazing event at Taranaki Farm. Joel Salatin memorably calls this grazing approach "mob-stocking herbivorous solar conversion lignified carbon sequestration fertilisation! Well, at Taranaki (Australian Polyface Project), we practice the same 'salad bar beef' grazing approach as Joel with daily moves, flexible watering systems, adjustable pasture sizes and an awareness of rest and recovery periods for maximum pasture recovery. For those interested you can find out more that the following web address.
