Brisbane seems to be quite under-represented by permaculture groups compared to some of the other major cities and regions. I would like to get a group started up on the north side of Brisbane, centred on the Samford Valley, but also taking in Mt. Nebo and suburbs like The Gap and Ferny Hills. My thoughts at this stage is that it would be a group where: - people occasionally helped out at each other's places on permaculture projects - seeds and plants could be exchanged - occasional speakers could be invited to meetings - permaculture knowledge could be shared If there are any people on this forum who would be interested or who knows someone that might be, can they please register their interest? Re: Permaculture Samford Valley (QLD) There's a Climate Action Network (CAN) in the Samford area, as well as some kind of organised produce swapping. Perhaps look them up?
