    Hi guys,
Havent been here for a while. I no longer have such unrestricted web access.
I am hoping someone can recommend a draftsman or architect.

Actually, I was hoping to make contact with Peter Clements a Melb architect who did a PDC with Bill M and Geoff L in Melb in 2005.
    I have googled without success.
Does someone still have a contact for him?

On this forum 05/06 Peter recommended "A Pattern Language" - a text that is almost a philosophy behind design (what works, what doesnt, and why)
Anyway failing not being able to reach (or afford!) Peter, I would like to make contact with a draftsman or architect who is familiar with these principles and is dedicated to building solar-aware homes that also include design principles of simplicity, clever use of space, environmentally aware in terms of materials used, economical... the "package" no less!

    thanks

I've dealt with Ryan at Core Collective, and found him to be very aware of space, environmental materials etc. You'd still need to take care yourself of how you want your house to interface with the rest of your permaculture design, and lay that down as some parameters for him to work within:

    Maybe you mean Peter Lees?

    Hi Heuristics

Could you possibly mean Peter Lees? He mentions A Pattern Language in his plans book and is Victorian based.

Some more information on him can be found at https://www.cheaphomedesigns.com.

    Hi there Yvonneh
Thanks - I have Peter Lee's book. It is interesting, but not what I am seeking right at the moment.
It is Peter Clements I am after - he did a PDC with Bill M and Geoff in Melb in Oct 2005.

I am sure there are PDC people from that course who frequent here. - anyone got his contact details?

    Cheers

    Hi Yvonneh,
Thanks for your goodwill in trying to help.
Yes, Peter used to frequent this forum, but he has not logged on for quite a while, and his email addresses dont work.
Maybe at APC9 I will crack the six-degrees of sepration and make contact with him again.

    Cheers!
