Useful plant database?

Are there permaculture specific plant databases out there? Anything on-line? Published?

There's a wonderful appendix list of plants listed in the back of Mollison's design manual (1990 ed.), but no direct reference to where they are in the book. Is there a simpler way?

    Thanks for your help,

    Chris

Sorry I don't have a nice list for you to link to but I found https://www.greenharvest.com.au a good source of info and has most of what you would want to get started.

this is a good book if you have access to it:

Permaculture plants : a selection / Jeff Nugent & Julia Boniface.
Published Nannup, W.A. : Sustainable Agriculture Research Institute, 1996.
