My significantly better half, Dawn, has posted two new pages on our web page, one the species list (incomplete, and under development, still!) and another about biodiversity and food security.

I would love to hear if it loads on your computers and with your browsers.

    Thanks,

    Christopher

Aye, it loads alright, and it looks great. Love the spider web, both literally and the metaphor it holds.

Thanks! Will pass this on to Dawn.

The species index will include hyper links to species descriptions for the species we think are special...

Dawn just upgraded our web site again, with more info, and a complete list of all the courses we are hosting this dry season, in catchy new designs to entice people into coming!

If anyone can review the pages, see if all the links work for them, and tell me here, indicating what OS and what browser they are using, I would be grateful!

    Thank you,

    Christopher

    Hi Christopher,
new site looks great. man, do you have enough banana's?
(I know, I know, you can never have too many banana's...)
I am using one of Bill Gates' Xp jobbies and Internet Explorer, and all the links come up fine, except the one for the natural building workshop. Just a nice beige background so far.

One suggestion I have though, is that some of the photo's are kind of on the small side. I am the kind of person that just wants to take in the detail, especially when there are pictures of people, for some reason. It would be cool to be able to click on the photo's and see larger ones, where you can make out the detail. Who knows, I might recognise someone who has done one of your courses?

But other than that, tell Dawn for me that she has done a really nice job. I just wish my visa would allow me to come over for a course, and still back into the USA afterwards!

    G'day Chris,

    Using XP with Opera...

Solar installation page is fine, as is Permaculture and Earthbag building. Natural building page the main text drops the first two letters off some lines...i.e. 'Before' becomes 'fore'...'Learn' becomes 'arn'...'Come' becomes 'me'...and whatever the next bolded sub-heading is becomes 'de'.

All looks very inviting. Good luck with the courses.

    Thank you, Richard and Jez!

Dawn is working on fixing the page, and it should be done by Monday.

As for photo size, our ulitimate web site (being built slowly, for free, by a web designer par excellence), will have bigger photos, but this was to make the pages load faster..... Maybe they could be links to larger images, like some pages.... but D is still on the leanring curve.

Richard, we can never have enough bananas. We always have students and volunteers, and when we have excess, it's chook and duck food. Too much banans? Not likely!

    Thanlks again for your input!
