Does anyone know where I can get Cherimoya seeds or a plant if it's in Adelaide. I only saw one store that has them interstate but they have no stock. I see there are lots from overseas on ebay but I don't know enough about importing restrictions to try buying.
https://www.tradewindsfruit.com/content/cherimoya.htm That's the only place I could find seeds for sale in Australia.
Thanks, but because it's in the US I don't know enough about import restrictions etc. to try to order.
I've seen them in boutique grocers. You could buy a fruit from a shop and collect and germinate the seeds yourself.
Good luck with them. You might also try the hybrid relative - atemoyas. A good resource for tropical fruit sources and information is tropicalfruitforum.com. They are an extremely helpful group.
Thanks, I saw those available but I didn't get them because I read they are more tropical and less likely to grow here.
