Hi I brought the Mollison 4-book special over a fortnight ago and paid a lot in air fare to have them delivered. But I do not have them. I received an e-mail concerning a supply problem some ten days back. As I closed it, it vanished, removing any contact details I may have had. So I am left having to contact you here. Where are my books? db.
Hi DC, I've forwarded your message to the folks who can help resolve your order. Should hear back soon. Thanks for your patience.
Word back so far: Your post information was forwarded to the "sales" group within the PRI. Hopefully they'll be contacting you shortly. If you'd like to contact them directly, use this email address: [email protected] Hopefully you'll have your books soonest.
One month later. Still waiting for one of the books. Six weeks since my order, with large air-mail payment. Simply not good enough. Add to that the non-communication regarding my article, whether it earned, whther my request to give any earnings to a student was followed through. No more articles, no more inputs. fix your office.
OK, an update. I received a series of emails promising delivery, these annoyed me more than the late delivery. Why? They were all from different people making different claims. Dear office - if you don't know, say you don't know. So then I got offered money back on the undelivered book - plus the book. I did not want my money back, my problem was with your terrible communications promising and not delivering. All you needed to do was honestly say the book was in transit and you did not have a firm date of delivery. Honesty! So you sent me the money to a holding account - I ignored it till it got sent back, so now you have it again. Four months after I ordered the books, I received a confirmation of the transaction having taken place. Ridiculous. I hope the appropriate learning is taken from this.
They got the book and came here instead of working with e-mail. Forums, in general, have nothing to do with the sales department.
No, I got a different book. Still not got a copy of permaculture one, I'll get it somewhere else. Working with email I got nothing but nonsense. Someone had to call out the office processing - so I did. Live with it.
