Hi everyone, I have completed a permaculture design course in Brisbane where I live but I know there is sooo much more to learn. I'm studying nutrition at QUT now and I want to focus on / specialise in sustainable food sources.
Hi N'Kara - sounds great - I have been studying Naturopathy here in Sydney and did 3 years of nutrition as part of my studies. A huge interest in nutrition and a desire to learn about the properties of herbs was my reason for choosing the course back when I started - it was a toss up between horticulture since I love growing plants and something nutrition-herb oriented. I wish I had known about permaculture back then and done a PDC then nutrition like you! If you haven't seen them https://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/ might be useful to you and https://nutritiondata.self.com/ also https://whfoods.org/ and https://www.pfaf.org/user/default.aspx although you have probably already used them/heard of them. aneurine
