Thoughts from those in Oz? https://www.resilience.org/stories/...e-food-system-in-australia-from-the-ground-up
from what read, bill, it's more of a push for corporate and overseas investors, for the export our habitat broadacre farms. be the end of the family farm, and will do nothing for aussie consumers because with all the climate change carbon stuff, local consumers won't be able to afford their science supported transgenic foods. already in what they call the western downs in qld, they are clearing our protecting brigalow like SA and Vic cleared their mulga etc.,. so our temps will get colder in winter and massively hotter in summer, just like SA and Vic. anyway no better for aussies just profit rakers. len
