    Hello all,

It's been a while - a time of soul-searching and we have emerged deciding on a slight change of plan ... hence our lovely farm at Boonah, south east Queensland is up for sale.

For those who don't know we had been planning to set-up eco-style, minimal impact tourist accommodation here, after realising we were really not cattle farmers. Since giving the idea more thought, we have decided we would like to implement the plan in different country -- not to say it would not work here, just not quite our dream which is more beside national park etc.

So we're on the market -- 160 acres with views to everywhere and only an hour to Brisbane. Either build your special home or live here in our sustainably designed/built building. Additional second cottage for guests or tourist accom potential. Solar power, composting toilet, full insulation, north-east aspect, Linda Woodrow vegetable garden, ideal blend of 2/3 excellent grazing with remainder koala forest and vine scrub, 3 good dams, 48,000L tank water, machinery shed, original timber yards. Warm in winter (above the frost line), cool in summer (breezes from everywhere).

Land is ideal for cattle fattening, but also has strong farm stay / eco-tourism potential with the new Scenic Rim Shire now placing a strong emphasis on tourism as an income for the area.
