We have finally had some winter rains. Very late start but the dung beetles are on to it. Don't know where they go in summer but our huge great ugly bugs with horns have returned from their summer vacation and have clocked on to work. It is great to see piles of horse and sheep poo disappearing down holes. The summer beetles, little and useless have gone off on their not earned winter vacation.

No don't think that's mine. We have bubas Bison and they have two horns on their heads, three if you count the ridge across the back of the head behind the two horns. As I said ugly beasties but boy do they work!
