Hmmm, that site looks familiar... *clicks on the hyperlink* Ahhh, now I remember seeing this late last year whilst searching 'tree change'. It's very bare! Maybe the tree change fraternity are too busy 'changing trees' to post? Incidentally, a search on the term 'tree change' brings forth a plethora of real estate agencies. Also interesting is the fact that 'tree change' is now in the Australian Oxford Paperback Dictionary, and made it as 'word of the month' on the Australia & New Zealand Oxford Dictionary website. Much more to come on the tree change phenomenon, folks. Particularly from my area of research interest: tree change refugees. Stay tuned, Marko.

Theres only one TYPE of Permaculture.... and that is "PERMACULTURE"..if we change the title in anyway it will loose its "TITLE"

Since when has "aussie living simply" meant or infer Permaculture?

Says as much as sweetcorn does to swales..

Lets promote "PERMACULTURE"as it is not some other confusing title...

We are hear to learn Permaculture using "PERMACULTURE" and Permaculture principles and ideas.....not lead others into no permie sites with un permie posters and teachers..

With the OLD RULES regarding users of the word Permaculture,. having to be at least basic introduction to permaculture or even P.D.C holders.......

I bet the numbers of sites pertaining to be permaculture would change drasticly, if they were being run or organised by non permaculture person s... or worse using the word and abusing the good name of PERMACULTURE after nearly 40 yrs hard work by bill mollison and all the other hard working Permies.

If we do it wrong now, it will never have any credibility...... we have a battle as it is convincing new Permies, not send em on,somewhere else.....

none that I know of just permaculture

but for gardening tips = how to grow stuff where to grow stuff - at least in australia - try ozgrow.com
for chickens ducks all sorts of poultry try https://forum.backyardpoultry.com/

    for anything citrus try https://www.citrusnorth.com/
    for anything banana try https://www.bananas.org/

and with the first mentioned in the OP - aussieslivingsimply - there are some nice people on there and some absolute nutters if you dare suggest cats should be kept inside
I am banned from there because I think all cats should be under the control of their owners at all times - some cat owners there think its great their furry little killing machines are allowed to munch on natives= = its not the cat that needs to be controlled so much as it is the owners

Didn't burn the scones - we made curry. Good stuff. The French chef was a bit scary though. Kept telling me I didn't know how to use a knife properly....
Happy camping. Don't get sunburnt and watch that campfire!
